The basics
What is a bulk internet agreement?
In a bulk agreement, the association contracts internet service for every unit in the community under one agreement, instead of each resident signing up with a provider on their own. Residents move in with service ready, and the board works with one provider and one point of contact.
With Celerity, that agreement covers the network itself: we design and build fiber to each unit, add Celerity Air managed Wi-Fi where the community needs it, and stay on as the team that supports it.
Who it’s for
Better for residents. Simpler for the board.
What residents get
- Fiber to the unit with symmetrical speeds, built for streaming, video calls and working from home.
- Celerity Air (Managed Wi-Fi) across units and common areas: lobbies, pools, gyms and amenity spaces.
- Celerity Entertainment live TV and streaming options, if your community wants them.
- 24/7 in-house support from real people, not bots or online portals.
What the board gets
- One agreement and one contact instead of dozens of individual accounts.
- A team with names: a project manager, design, a launch manager and a dedicated account manager.
- Resident communication handled for you: notices, onboarding and marketing materials so residents know what’s happening and when.
- A network built for redundancy: 100% fiber infrastructure with dual fiber for redundancy on every build.

FAQ
Questions boards ask
Straight answers to what boards and community managers ask us before a switch.
Have a question that’s not here?
Talk to our team about your community. We’ll walk your board through it.
Discuss your communityor call (645) 208-7322
Does every resident have to sign up separately?
No. Under a bulk agreement the association contracts service for the community, so units are covered under one agreement. Residents get help setting up from our support team.
What happens with our current provider's contract?
During the assessment we look at where your current agreement stands, so the board can plan the transition around its timing.
Will the installation disrupt residents?
Our project team coordinates the work with management and residents in advance, and we communicate each step so residents know what to expect.
Who do residents call if something goes wrong?
Our 24/7 in-house support team, at (888) 926-5965. Real people, not bots or online portals.
How is pricing set?
Every community is different, so pricing is part of the tailored proposal we prepare after the assessment.
Why choose a local provider over a national one?
You get a Miami-based team that knows your property, a named launch and account manager, and support that answers when residents call: the kind of attention large national providers rarely match.
Do you work with existing buildings or only new construction?
Both. We design fiber networks for new developments and bring fiber to existing communities.
